連續幾天陰雨終於放晴~~不出門跑真的對不起自己!!!老路線~~來回14k!!!上週六參加"環台北60k",因全程慢慢跑走~~並不會太累!!不過今天跑交大校園順時鐘方向,在校門往晶片中心前進約1k的緩緩上坡~~居然可以努力跑進4:40以內!!真是太神奇了~~~~看來"環台北60k"有"大還丹"的神奇功效~~能增加一甲子功力!!!哈哈~~~~
