6點多起跑已經有些悶熱~~前3k慢慢跑,約3k後開始爬坡3K~~~海拔雖然沒爬昇多少,但太少跑山坡還是會窘態畢現阿!!!還好全程沒遇到跑友~~~不然會被以為這個大口喘氣的生物應該是剛從海裡上來還不適應陸地生活的吧!!!呵呵~~~3k的爬坡努力讓自己維持在6:30以內~~~過了這段就3k的下坡順順跑~~~~再來3k的平路慢慢跑!!!12k收工~~
