苗栗顏永欽 開賽開始一路順利到桶後溪約28k處,心裏認定能在8.5hrs到30k關門點,最後約10小時左右完賽,但一切沒有想像中的那麼簡單.
就在準備離開桶後溪時,一個不注意滑到溪谷下,不幸中的大幸是只是背部在摔落中撞到,還可以起身走動,只是腰部隱隱做痛,下意識覺得還好有水袋保護背部,當下只能想辦法慢慢地從溪谷爬出,最後順利找到穩固的位置,慢慢往上爬同時還有忍住疼痛,幸好老天爺不收留我,讓我順利離開溪谷.
越野運動最麻煩的事就是受傷時要想辦法離開山徑,走到補給站或者是走到保線道上,否則的話是很難能被救援,這根爬山是一樣的性質.
最後順利來到30k 補給站確花了1.5hrs,當下決定是要DNF但要等到活動結束才有車下山,當下只想趕快回到會場,只好跟志工講說我慢慢吐回去,一路忍著痛找不同的跑步姿勢讓腰部不那麼疼痛,還好最後的路線約17k並不難走,也沒有過高的爬升,終於讓我拖著疼痛的身體慢慢地回到會場.
