四點多起床本來想跟去跑柴山,但因為昨晚還是有點咳嗽,擔心爬山時氣管會緊起來也擔心25K會跑不回來,最後還是保守一點去繞美術館就好,跑了2圈後慧耿來陪跑6圈,邊跑邊聊天,雖然速度出不來,但至少也撐完8圈共20K,也算有所進展!
