| 賽前宣言: 平安順利完賽~加油! 賽後評分: 第11馬!信心滿滿的準備這場年度大賽事,似乎是第二次了!賽前一週輕微感冒,到前一天才感覺好轉正常。雨天賽事的準備都清楚,但腳掌沒擦到凡士林。左腳掌21K感覺就刺刺的。33k後感覺有一個水泡!無耐改以走跑完成後面的里程。今天配速大失敗!前半市區拉到152!以至到35k時感覺雙腳無力!還好今天沒大抽筋。40K時小抽!今年賽到修改,為了要取的IAAF銅標認證 。市區沒變更,進河濱後超奇怪的多處繞彎,為了要要符合標準,真的有點累!想對的為了要認證!標示,路管,水站,裁判各措施都有提升!不過今天天氣河濱路段強風逆襲真的有點硬!感謝大會所有的裁判,工作人員,及熱心的攝影師 。說真的剩1/3時心想不要不要,賽後,又想說明來再來! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~132 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 132~149 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 149~154 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 154~163 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 163~168 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為168 點此去設定最大心率 |
