上週二水因腸胃炎配速失利,今天的田中馬拉松不能再失敗,所以這禮拜連辣的食物跟牛奶都不敢吃,讓腸胃保持最佳狀態,禮拜六下午就到田中馬會場參觀掃街,晚上睡朋友家。
今天狀況不錯,每一站都會喝一杯以上的水或運動飲料,而且也吃了自己帶的鹽糖,就是怕再度脫水,所以雖然天氣很熱,因為沒拉肚子,所以也沒有脫水的情況發生,一路上順順跑,有補給就吃,可以擊掌就擊,4:30可以比較輕鬆跑跟吃,一路上也有跑者跟著,但里程數稍微多了200M,所以最後一小段有加速,順利在大會時間4:29:10回到終點。
