新北市jaychan 天氣不錯狀況也不錯所以又PB啦
雖然這次跑衣做的有點緊
造成10K後一直摩到兩手內側摩到紅痛
最後是靠著一直塞海棉檔著撐住(下次該選XL的SIZE)
不然還真想停下來進救護站
關健的最後3K大腿開始有抽莖的FU
還好遇到認識的跑友邊跑邊提醒保持配速不要衝
因為他是跑全馬的所以就跟著他穩穩跟進終點(感謝鐵人哥)
而這次大學同學也不少人來參賽一起享受路跑的快樂,真棒
