ITBS又發作了 :(
這是近期最困擾的問題,大概17~18K就有點感覺了
回程遇到較陡的坡不敢硬撐,只能當步兵
在34K爬完最後的陡坡就知道保4無望,左膝疼痛又更加明顯,只求順利滑回終點,別像丹大馬那麼悽慘
其實體力還夠,但腿力不行,最近跑量太少,山坡路沒機會跑,如何是好啊?
