人生七十才開始,看著場上的跑馬前輩們依舊健步如飛海放對手,後生晚輩的我們似乎也沒有太多藉口說做不到,開始跑步以後體會了健康的重要性,即使以後不再跑馬,也會持續維持跑步運動的好習慣。
