很久沒練跑了,順道測試ADIDAS的SPRINGBLADE的性能,鞋體重量重了些,跑起來有鞋子拖地的感覺,不過下坡段的緩衝感還蠻明顯的,有利有弊,但結論我不會拿它來跑全馬~
