| 風景超棒的林道峽谷馬拉松賽事,
儘管賽道上下起伏,
抱著遊賞的心態跑馬玩賽,
一點也不覺得累,
擔心下雨的天氣,
天空作美,沒下雨也沒大太陽,
下午天氣驟變,氣溫陡降,所幸均已完賽。
今(10)日下雨又低溫,只能說昨天真是太幸運了。
會場位處山區僻遠,停車空間不足,只能路邊停車,又因路輻太小,一度造成堵車,也因停得太遠,通過起跑點也逾9分鐘了。
不過,因距起跑點約1公里的慢跑熱身,加上出門前有放鬆兩腳掌(底)筋骨,過起跑點後以6分速內的配速跑超約5公里,均未發現前幾場左小腿僵硬的現象,相信足夠的熱身是必要的。
