只好選比較沒那麼糟時把該做的功課完成囉,
該跑的還是要跑,太多天沒跑,下次要跑要更累,
跑河堤的壞處就是紅綠燈多,有時跑得正順姿勢都很好很輕鬆時,又遇到紅燈,再起跑姿勢又不對了,
相信身體會自然記住最輕鬆的姿勢,有時跑累了
身體自然會調整姿勢,所以經常練跑,是有其用意的,讓身體找到輕鬆的姿勢並記住,及增加速耐力。
