第一次參加全馬的比賽沒有運動飲料的,一路每站一直問沒有運動飲料嗎?結果就是沒有!!想說30K以後會為全馬跑者準備,結果還是NO,只好開始做好撐到終點的心理準備,其實今天是可以破四的,就在剩下2K的高架橋小腿一陣快抽筋的感覺,只好放棄加速,維持一定速龜回終點!真可惜!!下次再努力了!!
