清晨跑這場實在不錯!不像前幾天台中清晨又冷又風大的,所以在我上班到四點後短暫休息30分鐘後就換裝到操場作舒緩,其實到今天為止我不能完全說我的膝蓋完全好,只是我更注意練跑前後的舒緩拉筋,多虧好朋友的循循善誘,讓我更注意小細節,畢竟以後還要跑全馬呢!也正因為如此,最近這幾次我不能再休息了,跑量慢慢的增加,控制速度,以最輕鬆的腳步,用飄~~~~~~~~~~ㄉ哈哈!
