自己因為腳掌痛和左腳踝痛, 而且33K追上Jerry後走了2-4公里, 最後為了保5, 跑得很辛苦. 以後不管怎樣, 都要好好的"跑"完全場. 賽前宣言: 不知道能不能參加 賽後評分: 大家一起起跑, 真的太擠了. 希望之後21K 和42K可以分開時間, 差個10-15分也好啊! 一開始沒有里程, 還好有錶可以看. 水站很正常, 沒有多餘的垃圾補給(哈哈哈), 天氣舒爽, 可惜自己怕冷所以穿太多, 如果沒有穿長袖應該可以跑更好. 居民熱情, 大大加分. 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
