| 一開始打算配320,21K達標,30K也在均速345以內,原本預計破一下PB,無奈肌耐力不足35K之後雙大腿快抽筋幾乎降到快6分速,可惜了今日算是很不錯的天氣,雖然後10K有太陽但是有風吹,沒破PB唯一的理由就是練不夠(>﹏<)
很幸運有報消防組,分組第2也算是一種鼓勵了,不過全馬消防組只有9個人報名,所以取1-5名............這錄取率真的超級高,冰友啊乾脆下回還有消防組就去加入義消吧,哈哈,但是要服勤,值班,打火,防火宣導,每月開會....^__^ 賽前宣言: 全馬破四在這場,有特殊情感,阿公店育朱邀約,努力調假前往。 賽後評分: MW怪怪低,已寫過評論還要再寫一次
